About Us

Stacks/The Law Firm is a group of law firms which together offer a wide range of legal services throughout NSW and QLD.

Each firm is an independent, incorporated legal practice but by working together, the group can offer expert legal advice at a much higher level and across a wider geographical area. Stacks/ The Law Firm is now the largest regional-based network of law practices in Australia, with 20 offices, 76 professional staff and 108 support staff.

Stacks/Compensation draws on the combined expertise of all of the personal injury lawyers within the Stacks/The Law Firm group. Regularly coming together via conference calls and face-to-face meetings, compensation specialists from 20 offices in NSW and QLD have the resources and expertise of the wider group at their fingertips. The end result is a consistently high level of service for individual clients.

We don't charge you legal fees unless we win your compensation case. Furthermore, our basis for charging will be discussed with you at the start of the case and any amounts to be deducted for costs will be clearly explained to you before we seek any instructions to settle your compensation case. One of the important matters always taken into account in determining costs is the net amount of compensation which you will receive.

We understand how important it is to regularly review the quality of our legal services. We continue to meet the rigorous requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard. Having been certified since 2003, we are proud to have obtained re-certification to the ISO9001:2008 standard for a further three years, following a recent re-certification audit by SAI Global.
